Hi Craig thanks for your entry however all payments must be made by the 23rd July this is because the draw is taking place on this date, I have paypal and bank transfer facility in place for payments let me know how you want to pay your entry and il put you in the draw m8

Phil - Im on holiday from Sunday to Sunday 24th July - I can pay you when im back via bank transfer if thats ok? I get paid while im away and that way i can pay for Courtney and Phil all in one hit. Can you not just hold the draw off until mid week that week, say thursday or something -

we never let people down for payments etc - if we say we are coming to an event, we turn up!

Right there are a few players that have asked for the last spot at the same time so to make it fair, whoever can pay first will get the spot, There are alot of players down for paying on the 23rd so i expect there to be a few last minute spots come available on the 23rd so if you dont get a spot there is still a chance you will get in last min, Dharam can you pay today?

Anybody that is on the list to pay the 23rd pls let me know by tonight if u cant make it as I wont be happy if players let me down after this evening. Any players that would like to enter pls attach your names and il make a reserve list ready for if anyone drops out before the draw

Match times will be available by Saturday Night. The first 8 matches will be scheduled for 9.30am all other players are to be in the club and ready to play by 10am, the club is 24 hours so you can arrive at the club for practice at anytime.

The draw for this event was made today at Total9ball Amateur Series Event 3 by Paul Mcmicheal and was watched and verified by Andy Jeronimidis, Nicole Hansen and Tyler Trew.

Above are all players first Match times (They are not in match order) please ARRIVE and be READY to play by your match time. Total9ball are working on a tight schedule, so we will be very strict on players arriving on time.

5mins Late - 1 rack lost
10mins Late - 3 racks lost
15mins Late - Match conceded

We will be selling raffle tickets on the day until 1pm, they will be £5 each of £10 for a strip of 5. We will draw one Ticket during the day, the winner then has to break dish to win the pot, if the player doesn't break dish he/she will be paid out 5% of the pot per ball potted. the rest of the money will roll over to the next Total9ball Event.
