The lads will be heading out to Reno the end of the month (november) for the World Wheelchair Pool Championships. The Team will be: Roy Kimberley Danny Luton Tony Southern Craig Welsh Matt Duffy I hope you will join me in wishing them well. Sad news - Aslam Abubaker was going Reno also but he has had to pull out at short notice as his uncle died last night. I hope everyone will again join me in sending Aslam and his family our best wished from the pool community. GOOD LUCK LADS BRING IT HOME!!!!!!!!!!! ----------------- www.themole.me[ This message was edited by: The_Mole on 2010-11-08 18:19 ]

Very sad news for Aslam.
As Tony says lets get behind our boys and see them bring the trophy home for GB.

It is very sad that he cannot go out there to play. His form at the minute would see him Finish top 4 at least, but a very good shout at winning the event. [ This message was edited by: BFrench501 on 2010-11-05 06:04 ]

My deepest sympathies are with Aslam and his family.
We've got such a strong tour and in my opinion more strength in depth than the American tour, I know we had a Euro World Champ at the start of the year, but I really thought we'd have a British World Champ by now, maybe it is that expectation that is putting too much expectation? Anyway boys best of luck. We've got a strong team as we do every year. Go and do the biz!!!
Also is it streamed?

Good luck to all you guys out there! I've been practicing with Danny and toughening him up a bit, so I'm expecting a good run from him! Good luck mate, you know you can do it!

Yes Matt at his, not enough room around mine! His table is awesome. It is a wooden hand carved style (can't remember the make, Canadian I think) It plays as good as it looks. Pockets not too big or small, just right! Simonis 860 and a lot faster than mine (Z9) I'm gonna go back to 860! -----------------
