Ok, I just heard from Holly Ryan that Dechaine and Pagulayan ran 8 packs last night at the US Open 10- Ball Championship. Outstanding play at this event! Raj Hundal finally left the winner's side last night after losing to Efren. He'll play Oscar Dominguez tonight. After Darren went to the one loss side he's been doing really well. He beat Mika 8-2 last night and said he only needs "to win 8 more matches for the title" - lol... He starts with Brandon Shuff this evening. http://www.ctsondemand.com/BracketViewer.aspx?BracketID=16772187&MatchLabel=A-L4-8&EntrantID=239104311Winner's side Quarter Finals:Scott Frost vs. Charlie Williams Dennis Haar vs. Shane Van Boening Johnathan Pinegar vs. Efren Reyes Corey Deuel vs. Ralf Souquet One Loss Side MatchesMike Dechaine vs. Jeremy Sossei Oscar Dominguez vs. Raj Hundal Jogn Schmidt vs. Mike Davis Jr Mitch Ellerman vs. Kenichi Uchigaki Danny Harriman vs. David Alcaide James Baraks vs. Ernesto Dominguez Alex Pagulayan vs. Corey Harper Darren Appleton vs. Brandon Shuff ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-05-20 10:09 ]

Only 3 europeans left. Tough ask for Daz in that losers side but you can never write him off.

A really "out of sorts" Efren Reyes has just been sent to the one-loss side by Johnathan Pinnegar - Effy looked like a different guy to the one who was playing yesterday, really seemed to be struggling to put spin on the ball today, and was punching everything instead of his usual "flowery" stroke, and was subsequently getting some bad shape, and importantly, nothing on the break most of the time. In one hour a rather good match is starting on the live stream... Ralf Souquet vs. Winner of Appleton/PagulayanThat's 11pm UK time at www.TheActionReport.com and apparently it's not looking good for Alex! ;o) Gooooo Daz!

Doh, Ralf won in the end! He then got beat by David Alcaide, and then Alcaide despatched Scott Frost too. Now only four players remain... Winner's side hot-seat match:Shane Van Boening vs. Corey Deuel One-loss side for third place:Dennis Haar vs David Alcaide [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-05-21 10:18 ]
