Think some of his comments were fair but just disappointed how all the interview was based on negatives. Think the promotional side of the game has been making big steps and interviews like that won't really help the game from a PR angle

I thought that he made comments in his own outspoken manner. But Raj is no fool and talks a lot of sense. If he believes in what he says then the interview was an ideal opportunity to air his opinions. The fact that Donnie and Corey were practicing the break in the background adds credence to what he was saying. perhaps if he did the same he mihgt have a chance himself. then again ..........

We should be getting Daz, and our other World Champions, on national BBC Breakfast TV too - it's great news for all of Britain and they could have photos and video to illustrate the piece too!
Who here can swing that?

All haters can seriously just kiss my a$$, i am over the moon Daz won as hes a good friend of mine and its even sweeter he beat the guy who ruined 9 Ball in the final. (Corey ruined 9Ball when he won the U.S Open breaking at 4mph and shooting the same balls in the same four pockets the whole event). Listen to the interview carefully and open your weak minds up, stop being fools and acting like children and hiding behind forum names. Anyone who knows anything about pool knows what i say is the real script, just ask other world class players. On that note once again Mr Apple congrats bro, huge achievement and well played the whole way as you were solid as a rock and didn't miss a ball i think. See you in Portugal and i think you can buy the first round for once ... peace and luv. Raj Hundal World Pool Masters Champion www.Rajhundal.com

Congrats Darren pal, like I told you last night, you actually looked like the winner before the result unfolded. You played pretty good all week here.......funny really when you think only 3weeks ago at China open your world was collapsing after a terrible performance there. But that's what true champions do, they bounce back from the bad times to become king again. Hats off to you sir.......and mosconi cup too now I guess! On a personal note, I felt that I was a certainty to be picked for the mosconi before your win, and to be honest, if the final pick is on merit then I think I should be in, let's hope the Englishman thing doesn't come to haunt me again. !!!! Well done again pal. -----------------

Congratulations Daz. Can somebody please update the bloke's website ha ha. Corey's been breaking slow since his early inclusions in Mosconi cup teams and it normally works for him, fortunately Daz dug deep and pulled off a fantastic win. I hpe his coaching rates don't increase now!!!

Raj's honesty is commendable. He tells it as he sees it and that's great.
Do I think that pattern racking is wrong? Definitely! Soft/Cut break? I don't know because any break can be mastered if practised hard enough, I believe.
I seen somebody suggest maybe the 1 should be put at the base. Maybe that is a solution?

A second post because it warrants it - Congratulations to Darren for a superb US Open win. When I try to improve my 9ball game I watch your matches on Youtube/Cuesport TV etc to study pattern play etc. I'm pleased to see you succeed and prove above anything that form is temporary, class is permanent.

the diamond should be racked the other way then no ball would be guaranteed off the break
