Well done mate.. A strong field you had to get though to win that.. May I just say that for a single tournament this has to have been the most annoying thread I've ever had to endure. Unlike some pool players (not having a dig any anyone in particular) I don't have time to sit and read through tons of trash to get some results as they unfold, but I have to as I have no idea where the relevant facts are. I've not kept up to date as I have a business to run, meetings to go to, charity events to organise and I take time out to look at this only to start reading some kind of banter between certain people that has absolutely no interest to me. I suggest Dave, that you use the moderator to keep the forums clean on non-related topics. If people want to have private jokes that stretch on for four hundred pages, then creat a new forum for them. I've just wasted twenty minutes of my time reading throguh all that rubbish. It simply discourages me from logging on. I think i speak for myself and many others that when they see a title labelled "Weert Open" that they expect it to be kept to just that - so we can log on, get the information, and continue working. Ok, that's my rant over - it's not aimed at this thread, but rather, to all relevant threads. Carl [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2007-01-31 15:52 ]

Good point Carl. We've seen that sort of thing on the english pool site and we know what the threads on there are full of! [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2007-01-31 15:52 ]

Yeah I know, but it's nice to be able to come on here, and see posts from people I personally know - that's what makes this different to the weert open website. I don;t really get the time to go searching for other websites etc, and it's nice to be able to log onto one place and, see what people say and get the results.. Typical - my 30th today and I'm at home working.. I've gone wrong somewhere in life.. PS - please - no 'happy birthday' stuff - stay on topic Admin Edit: Sorry, but I don't even allow stars here e.g. "****" - that's not allowed![ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2007-02-01 15:59 ]
