THE NORWEGIAN 9-BALL CHALLENGE THE PRO9 PROMOTIONS QUALIFIER The above figures are for 40 entrants, but for 50 entrants the losing semi-finalists will get £50 & the losing quarterfinalists will get £25. More entries = even more prize fund, so bring a friend & double your chances!

Big Dave what is the format going to be for the Norweigan qualifier. I think that most players want to play a tournament in which they can win as well as get value for money. So I think players should be put into groups so players are guaranteed a few matches. I think this format is good because players will have more table time before (if qualified) playing in the knock out stages, so the players can feel that they have participated in the tournament rather than just making up numbers.

9-Ball, single elimination, race to ten, winner breaks!
If you love playing lots of pool then you'll enjoy the fact that you can play in the Norwegian Qualifier - And directly afterwards play in Victoria's very own 9-Ball handicapped event.

Sounds good Dave. Do we register and pay on the day or do you need names and cash up front?

Yes Paddy, you can still go if you don't win the qualifier. The entry fee in Oslo is 140 Euros, Ryan Air are doing some very affordable flights, and the Oslo girls love Irish pool players apparently. See you Saturday!

Just a reminder that it's 11am tomorrow at Rileys Victoria. A couple of people have asked if there's a dress code for this satellite event - the answer is no, but I hope someone smart wins it, so they look good in the photos. See you there!
