CueGrip is owned and operated by Ken and Brian Reiber. The business exists to offer re-wraps and refinishes to cues from around the world. My first encounter with Ken was a chance comment on Pro9 by Peter Aprile (Malaguista) saying CueGrip re-wrapped his cue and did a wonderful job. Well, that was enough for me to do some investigating and a few months down the line…..Ken has done lots and lots of fantastic work on a number of my cues. Official Player Groupings Announced
The IPT is proud to announce the player groupings for the IPT "North American Open 8-Ball Championship." The methodology for determining the groups was complex. All of the Hall of Fame members were placed in separate groups; female players were placed into separate groups; all of the players who qualified through the qualification tournament system were placed into separate groups (since there are 50 qualifiers and 40 groups, some groups have two qualified players); finally, a number of the top players, historically, were placed into separate groups. All of the placed players were placed randomly into their respective groups.

London UK: 11th July, 2006: Coming off the ratings blockbuster of the IPT World 8-Ball Championship which aired this past Saturday night all across Europe, Eurosport has announced that it will broadcast the “IPT King of the Hill” title match this Saturday July 15th in prime-time.
The dramatic championship match between pool greats Mike “The Mouth” Sigel and Efren “The Magician” Reyes was held in Orlando, Florida and featured the richest prize money in pool history. The Sigel vs. Reyes 8-Ball contest will air in its entirety on Eurosport at 8pm-10pm CET.

Factors of Proper Execution
The safety is one of the most complex subjects in 9 ball. If you lack the ability to properly execute safeties, your game will surely suffer.
Many beginners fail to recognize the safety option, and tend to go for the shot at all costs in all situations. Just as there are factors to running the rack, there are factors that come up when you are faced with no shot options.
When faced with no option to pocket the object ball, we need an alternate solution that gives the table back to our opponent - but at the same time limits his options.
