Yeah, I know... It's a crazy situation isn't it? We're making a HUUUGE order from Kamui now, so it won't be long, sorry I can't be more specific with any accuracy, but suffice to say, we'll have PLENTY of stock when it arrives.

Actually, it's not my tour website since I was the editor and not the creator of the site :) lol,

The site has been down for a while now due to the site space not being of any use yet, but I do still have all the tour match videos and they will be published again sometime in the future :)

We'll have to wait until Andy does the magic trick with the numbers.

I was kind of expecting the price to drop as more product became available - thinking the rather high price was due to lack of availability, with demand and market forces pushing the price up, but this appears not to be the case.

The price we've all seen will almost certainly remain the standard price for this product, due in part to the strong Japanese economy forcing the Yen to ever higher exchange rates - it's grown unbelievably in recent months, and is apparently sitting at a record high.

Whatever price we offer, it'll be best we can do, definitely cheaper than importing it from American suppliers, and we will include free post to anywhere in Europe too.

According to the Kamui website it's $27.95 a block so around 15 quid. Yes that's for ONE BLOCK of chalk. If you are Daz Appleton or Efren Reyes and get given free samples then great but who in their right mind is going to pay that for a block of chalk? I go through 1 a week FFS so it would cost more in chalk than annual membership of GB9!

I was sent a free sample and I have to say, the stuff is amazing, Its a lot of cash but it does what it says on the tin. You don't need to chalk it as frequently Lee. It would be a hard habbit to get out of and clearly peole use the chalking time as thinking time too.

I know I will be buying some when it comes in.

The chalk & the concept is very good, however the general feedback seems to be that you are prone to more kick's than standard chalk....as more players use it we will see if this is true.

I used it too and found it to offer good grip but it made a real mess of the cue ball. I don't care how good it is I won't be paying those prices - it's more expensive than the tip itself FFS! In fact it's more expensive than some people's cues lol

15 a block hahaha, dont care what it is,this lad wont be paying that, simon no way on earth can that be right, dont have to chalk it as much, every time you play a shot the first thing to enter your head is to make sure you chalk your cue proper, usually about 10 times

you bein serious about 15 sheets a block

I have never seen a piece but going by the a description and that fact it comes in an air tight bag, I wouldn't be surprised if it is just damp chalk

Not far from the truth, Adam.

It is super expensive for chalk (love Riggers line, hahahahaha!) and I can't see it taking off in a big way. It is sticky and does make a mess of the cue ball if you cake it on...but thats the point, you don't have to.

Anyway, if you either love it or hate it....no one can get over the price....including me (OUCH!!!).

I was scared to try the stuff when I played you Si in case I liked it. You were getting some serious action on the ball with it though.

As I will.

What consensus though? I haven't seen that feedback, and I've seen a lot. I don't believe chalk causes kicks anyway.
