I have just been looking at the actionreport website and can not find any information regarding the pay per view match of Darrens.

Is this a pay per view match or is it free? Am I missing something?

There's a FREE pre-match show that starts much earlier - I'll see if I can pop it into The Pro Tube section and we can all watch the FREE bit and see if we fancy staying up late! (I know I will - the chat forums are great). Here's the info - if someone could translate the times into English I'd be grateful!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The OB Cues TARPIT is up and running. We will kick off a great run of Challenge matches LIVE from the 2008 BCA Pool League 8 Ball Nationals starting on Thursday May 8 at 6 PM Pacific/ 9 PM Eastern with the Diamond Bar Box Challenge.

Darren "Dynamite" Appleton of England will be taking on the Scott "The Freezer" Frost of the United States in a Bar Table All Around. The Diamond Bar Table Challenge features a new format for TheActionReport. The players will play one discipline a day for 3 days. The schedule for the $7500 entry fee match is as follows:

May 8: 8 Ball Race to 11. Best 3 out of 5 sets for $5000. Starting at 6 PM Pacific / 9 PM Eastern

May 9: 10 Ball Race to 11. Best 3 out of 5 sets for $5000. Starting at 6 PM Pacific / 9 PM Eastern

May 10: 9 Ball Race to 11. Best 3 out of 5 sets for $5000. Starting at 6 PM Pacific / 9 PM Eastern

The match features a stipulation that if the players split the first two days then the final day of 9 ball play will be worth the entire $15,000 prize fund. The entire match can be viewed LIVE via streaming Pay Pay Per view for $25 on www.theactionreport.com.

There will be a free live Pre Match show starting at 2 PM Pacific / 5 PM Eastern. To view the free Pre Match show and for more information on this and the other exciting matches coming up from the OB Cues TARPIT please visit www.theactionreport.com.

I have an American friend in the crowd and he sent me this from his phone:

First set Scott win the lag run first 2 racks, break made few balls miss a shot Darren run out, Darren break miss one shot, Scott put 4 packs on Darren , Scott miss one shot, Darren run out and break cue ball jump out of the table, Scott run out . Score now 7-2 . Next score 8-3 then 9-4 Darren keep winning 1game at a time and 2racks tied up 9-9. Darren break and run out now 10 Darren 9 Scott, Darren break they exchange shot of safety,Darren made few good break up shots, down to the 8ball got stuck behind one of Scott ball and Darren kick the 8 ball in and win the first set11-9
