I think you and me will play some money-matches in 14-1 during that weekend!

My highest break (with right hand) is 28 too!!! And I haven't played with my right hand for months! Last time I played right-handed I lost 120 € to Feijen.... :(

Hmm think I'll leave my cue at home.. Good excuse not to play!

Anker Hotel Riggers that is one for £40 a night or try anker hostel especially if you are going over with boyzi and mick hill its really good as you can get a dorm for up to 6 it has 3 bunk beds with fitted kitchen and its really cheap. That is right next to Anker Hotel.

Shir - No way i thought you would be there for sure!!

Yeh I bet Shir can't wait to bunk up with Boyzi & Mick!

The Anker comes out at £66 per night for a double and I just booked it.

Nice one!! when are you flying out? im a probably going on the tuesday and come back on sunday evening.

Ryan Air from Liverpool - no flights Tuesday so going Monday returning Sunday like Shir said. Some people talked about going out Wednesday but according to the tournament website we have to be there by 11am Wednesday so that's not an option. So far for me & Shir flights and hotels has come to £500, then there's tournament entry fees and food & drink to pay for so I expect we'll be well into the 000's by the time we've finished. That's why I'm gonna make sure I treat it as a well deserved holiday :)

Well, you can win the Qualifier for the Grand Master on Tuesday, and then you have "saved" at least 450 £ ;)

People in Holland, Germany, Belgium are so lucky that they can just go by car for many of the Eurotours... They are "spoiled"!

People from UK and Scandinavia needs to go by flight each time, and then the costs are huge for almost every big tournament...

And for players like me, who never win a match, every tournament is like a well deserved holiday! (I obviously deserve a lot) :-D

true..
But to be honest..
I'd rather fly and spend a bit more money, than to sit in a car and drive for 7 hours to Brandenburg an den Havel... :(
But it was fun sometimes though...

OR 7,5 hours so go to Sindelfingen...
Ask Brian.. We were going nuts in the car!!!

Yep that's right and also I don't do hostels or places without ensuite bathrooms. If you are not as fussy you are sure to find something cheaper.

A few of my mates will be going and I expect they will be looking to share somewhere reasonable. The ones I think are going from Yorkshire (flying Liverpool) are Nick Wollerton, Dave Wright, Mick Hill and Daz Appleton.
