I think the competition should be run again from scratch and the rules made explicitly clear, for me the clock starts from the moment you break.

what i cant work out is that ronnie osullivan did it in 1.02 and these 2 geezers who came top 2 are totally unknown and will give the rocket 30 seconds start hahaha turn it in ffs

listen all i can say is that if this is a false time and management at rileys have allowed it they should answer to it, i can vouch for wolverhampton that it was done from the break all fair and square, pat i know your club did, this needs to be resolved quick or the wrong person may end up with a trip of a lifetime. has anyone heard off rileys ??????????

I'm not going to panic and contact Rileys over a rumour started by someone who only joined the web site yesterday and said he had "heard" something from someone else!

its not a rumour contact rileys in watford and they will tell you that he plays in the b team in division two in the watford league. is this bloke really capable of beating world record holder and double world 8 ball champ by two seconds having to pot the black last which rob didnt have to. i doubt it he and the person timing it should be shamed on talk sport.

A senior staff member of the a club i play in said to me today that the winner had booked the tickets to Las Vegas before they did the time. This is all a big farce and I feel sorry for person who did get the fastest time (whoever that is).
I personally think that everyone who beat my time cheated so that should make me the winner.

listen we cant go off hearsay but it needs to be looked at is mr chuddy on here are the others on here i know that pat has had a say but he is on the top 10 board so is chun but has anyone spoken to these people and dave i dont think were causing trouble but lets say you had put the prize up through the shop wouldnt you be miffed if the winner had cheated i know i would

ok i did it as soon as i hit the white ball and did a monster break im a good player and my normal game is quick maybe not a pro but im still good.. i even have Lee here sticking up for me hes on the pro tour why the heck would he lie?? and i did another break pottde 6 balls with 4 balls over pcokets but 1 off breakk was 8 i could of beaten 28 secs wiv that. but if the other 2 did fair then fair play to them im only 17 so hopefully they do this agen

i think the whole comp should all be on camera then no fuss? or no need for top so many going through obviously im going to say i want a play off cuz i finished 3rd and 2 beat me but i said (even when i was top) i think they should do a play off.. but for now im just focusing on qualifing for the gb9 so no moer speed pool for a while lol

craig i had heard that you potted 6 balls off the break fair play to you mate and yours was off the break which is the right way to play speed pool, and as for being 17 dont know the rules on that - responsible adult ??? but it has to be done the correct and fair way pal and yours was, please step forward and have your say number 1 and 2 and if you are honest and fair hand the prize back or prove you done it in the time logged

i dont know what to think tbh.. could of done it.. could of cheated.. but even when i got 30 sec i was top for like 2 weeks and people were saying some 1 will beat it on the last week which they did was well gutted lol but hopefully when they do this next time they do it all on camera then they'l b no arguements.. see if theres a differnce in the fastest time then.

I agree with everything you say apart from with my time of 31.9 i did have to pot the black last. I have to say i had a representative from Rileys head office contact me to clear up a few points about speedpool,and he told me about the conversation he had with the winner of the comp and i have to say that the winners version of events really do make me feel that this time is not genuine(i wont relay the content of our conversation)it just does not add up in my eyes. If i was the winner of this comp and everybody doubted my winning time i would defo be getting someone to record me doing 4-5 attempts(1 wouldnt prove anything)at speedpool,this is very easy to do with todays technology and you could let everybody see how good you are at this game.You never know you may even beat the world record again.Personally it would be exciting to see the world record beaten with my own eyes.
