Well, it's finally back, after two years n hibernation, the 10 Ball Break & Dish returns with a bang - and there's still £875 in very old used notes carried over from the last time we ran this fun comp back in 2019, here's the link to the last report in 2019... 10 Ball Break & Dish - Event 5 GB9 Event 2019...Yes, I know you all thought I had pocketed the cash, but it's been waiting patiently for you - these are really old notes, remember paper money, before these new plastic notes were circulated, so the winner will need to change some of these notes at the bank before they become worthless in October!!! GOOD LUCK, and a full report will be coming later tonight.

The second raffle winner is at the overspill hotel 4 miles away, and has an early match in the morning and has declined the opportunity to play his ticket, so a redraw was made by referee Viv, and Tom Stavely had the winning number 307 and he will play in second in the running order replacing the declining player. Our confirmed three players are... Vincent Bimendi Tom Stavely Chris Seville £150 a ball - good luck gentlemen! [ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2022-04-16 22:52 ]

Regarding the £1,500 prize money cash...
Everyone will be pleased to know that I have replaced all the old paper notes (which stop being legal tender in October- not even transferable as banks) with new plastic notes - so the rollover cash is safe for the future.
Phew!

2022 GB 9 BALL TOUR - EVENT 3 NORTHERN MASTERS - 10 BALL BREAK & DISHWOW! How exciting - the third event of 2022 and we already have £1,910 rolled over from the last event. We sold a record breaking £680 worth of raffle tickets in the 12 hours between 10 AM and 10 PM. Once again, I've added a little cash to round up the prize pot which will make the maths a little easier on my addled brain. So we're playing for a whopping prize of £260 per ball, or £2,600 for a ten ball break and dish. [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2022-08-12 10:20 ]

So, in summary, Dave Wilcock potted the one-ball off the break and then made the two ball in the corner and stopped there at £260 per ball he took home a fabulous £520. That left £2,080 remaining in the prize fund for Tom Staveley to have a crack at... And as you will have seen in the video, Tom broke and dished the entire ten ball rack at £208 per ball for a clean sweep, taking a tremendous £2,080. Being drawn out first is always advantageous, and our sincere commiserations go to Adam Smith - as well as our thanks to all the players who supported the raffle over the seasons that built up to this large prize fund. We'll start afresh at GB9's fourth event of the year in October. ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor
