What a nice idea! Good luck with this... I know there are a fair few pool players who play golf to a very good standard - is there some kind of affinity between pool and golf do you think?

Not much similarities between the 2 other then hand eye coordination and in both sports you hit a ball. If there is enough interest of pool players out there we could also start a golf society for pool players (just a thought)!

Some people say that because they both use hand eye co-ordination you tend to be reasonably good at both, however with me this is not the case.
If i go to the driving range and manage to hit 50% of the given balls then i always come away pleased, Pool however is a different story, if i just miss 1 pot that i know i can make then i come away a disappointed man!
