This sundays qualifying event for the Mickey Flynns 10 ball tournament is at coventry hertford place rileys, and is only 3 days away!

There are currently 18 players registered, if this is the final number of runners on sunday the format will be:

5. Tom Emes

22 runners in total.

Prizes awarded:

Winner: Entry to Mickey Flynns + £150 cash
2nd: £90
3rd/4th: £50

Results from quarter finals onwards:

Quarter Finals:
John Beesley     8 - 7 Aslam Abubaker
Dave Simmonds 8 - 4 Jamie White
Neil Raybone     8 - 2 Gareth Espirit
Tony Fry             8 - 5 Roger Haddon

Semi Finals:
Dave Simmonds 9 - 2 John Beesley
Tony Fry             9 - 6 Neil Raybone

Final:
Tony Fry 10 - 8 Dave Simmonds

Due to no less than 9 of the entrants also playing in the english pool tournament (congratulations to Neil Raybone for reaching the final in that one), the 10 ball tournament went on quite late into the night and finally finished some time after midnight!

From the semi finals onwards there were some uncharacteristic mistakes due to tiredness

Performance of the day goes to Simmo who destroyed John Beesley 9 - 2 in the semi final but congratulations to Tony Fry for winning a tough final late in the night after having reached the semi finals of the english pool tournament.

Just a quick note to thank SkyBlueJim for running a great tournament in his own time to give us the chance off a place at Mickey Flynn's event.
He wasn't getting anything for running the event and stayed until the end to see things through.
Thanks again Jamie and well done for getting to the QTR's :-)
