Flyer coming very soon but here's a few more snippets (hope Shir doesn't mind!).
- Guaranteed minmum £500 to the winner subject to just 32 entries (but let's hope there's a lot more than that!) - It will be on Sunday 10 June. - Double elim. - Phone or email Shir to pre-pay and register your place.
Shir always runs a great tournament and has put a lot of effort into arranging this one. She's secured addditional funding to bump up the prize fund together with a promise from our local club to recover the tables. It's a new club too (just 6 months old), which some Pro9ers have said on here is the best Riley's they've seen.
It should be a great event, and for those like me that are missing the EPT during it's temporary suspension, it's a chance to play some 8 ball. After watching the Grand Masters 8 ball I can't wait to play an 8 ball tournament again.
It's really great that we've got so many tournaments springing up in the UK now and I hope you all give this one your full support.

Speaking of tournaments, in July I will be hosting an 8 ball championships at the best snooker club in the country (George Scotts Snooker Centre) which two weeks ago replaced its snooker match room with brand new Sam Leisure tables and powder blue cloth. The facilites at the club are second to none and I will be releasing more details soon. At the event we should be getting onsite re-tipping as seen at EPT/BPPPA events as well as filming all matches on the match table during the event.
