 THE US OPEN BEGINS TONIGHT: 1-POCKET - 10-BALL - 8-BALLfrom TAR's Justin Collett - www.TheActionReport.com --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All the PPV info for the 2013 CSI US Open One Pocket is now up on the TAR home Page. It has been a bit of a hairy set up but I think we are finally good to go. Four cameras. Single stream this time at 640x360 1.5Mbps. This will allow it to look good on a TV and work well on mobile devices. If people have problems with the data rate I might drop it to 1Mbps but we'll see how this goes. $12 a day with some good discounts for multiple day packages. Ooooh, and I forgot to mention that all matches were cancelled last night... After all that blisteringly hot weather, it's turned bad, high winds (in excess of 70mph), torrential rain, floods, and now a massive power cut in the hotel!!! Hi Dave, it was crazy last night wind was strong enough to blow a couple of sofas off the 50th floor nightclub. One landed in the road and one right next to front entrance! Funnily enough the slot machines weren't affected by the power cut lol! Awesome venue though its huge!
