There is an 8-ball event this Sunday (5th November) at Rileys Liverpool Wavertree.

It is the final IPT Tour Card Satellite Qualifier, £25.00 winner to final round robin group where they will join:

Brad Praker
Kevin Huw
Adam Clarke
Matt Hyden

The final round robin will decide the player that takes the $2000 entry into the UK's final tour card qualifer at Victoria later this month.

There is also going to be an 8 ball championship in the North West coming soon which is open to all players but due to the format it will probably only be feasible to those from the North West. Details of this tournament will be coming soon!

what happens to those people when the IPT decides there won't even be a qualifier after postponing it?

Thats a good point Shir, at the moment it doesn't look like there will be a tour next year never mind a tour card qualifier. I hope if this is the case those players who have qualified for Victoria should play for prize money made up from the entry fee's of the satellites.

yeah but everything is being played this month...
But according to the IPT something will be organised around feb/march/april? Or something like that....

So they will have played already when the IPT is finally going to announce something again...

Then Andy Barnett should be reinstated if this is the case - as he won the stockport qualifier then got kicked out saying he wasn't allowed in as he had already qualified for the IPT qualifying tournament in Vegas but with the future of the IPT in doubt then really he should be allowed to play in the final at Victoria seems a little harsh as he has played in other APN qualifiers as well.

There is the tournament in Norway if you fancy it website is www.biljardsport.com.

Great venue and guaranteed a few matches as it is round robin to the knockout stages plus its 8ball as well.

knockout stages are sets which is different to usual knockout rounds
