Total9Ball

Total9Ball are proud to announce our first National Series ‘The National Undefeated Series’. T9B have been operating for nearly two years now with great success, we have now organised three series of events which were mainly held in the South as well as several one day events meaning we have now offered over 30 events to players. T9B has fast become a leading player in tournament event organising

The new National Series will begin in February 2013 with 6 planned events to be held at clubs up and down the country as listed below

Event 1 - Solihull Rileys - 2nd 3rd February
Event 2 - Wealdstone Rileys – 16th 17th March
Event 3 - Barnsley Escape – 4th 5th May
Event 4 - Cambridge – 29th 30th June
Event 5 - Bristol Rileys – 3rd 4th August
Event 6 - Leicester – 14th 15th September (TBC)

Venues are subject to charge but have been in contact with these clubs above.

The Format we will use for this series is the 2x format also now known as ’The Undefeated’ This format was created by T9B founder Phil Wildman in 2011 and the feedback from players that have competed in these events has be fantastic. The format offers all players two chances to win the main prize, it also has unbeatable value for money as players can get into the prize money twice and also guarantees each player a minimum of two knockout matches. No player has yet managed to scoop the jackpot prize by winning all matches meaning they would be the Winner and Runner Up taking the two main amount of prize money... can you be the first?

The Undefeated National 9ball Series will be open to the first 64 paying players only, places available on a first paid first entered basis. Players that attend event one will be offered an automatic place in event two. T9B will form a reserve list of players that don’t attend or get into event one and if spaces become available they will be contacted and offered the space.

A handicap system will be used for these events as we believe this will enable us to get the 64 players needed and means every player has a good chance of winning.

The entry fees will be staggered depending on the standard of player as seen in the chart below.

1 Event     1 Event    All events In One
                                     (Member)
Amateur             £55         £50            £250
Top Amateur     £65         £60            £300
Pro                    £75         £70            £350

All entry fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to all events so a draw can be completed and match times can be organised. Players will be given a match times the 1st session play will begin at 10am and the second session will begin at 16.00

T9B yearly membership is now available for £15 until 1st November there after it will be £25, membership will run for one year from the month purchased and will save players £5 per event on entry fees in all tournaments. (Excludes events or series that have already started) funds to be used on equipment to improve events.

The prize money chart below is a estimate only, based on 64 Entries. This may change as it depends on the amount of players and the standard of each player for entry bracket. Prize money will be announced before each event

Winner         £1000

Runner Up     £550

Semi             £250

Quarter         £150

Last 16         £ 50

Undefeated Roll Up £100

Therefore a player who wins all there matches will be paid out £1000 Winners prize + £550 Runners Up Prize + The Undefeated Roll up of £100 totalling £1650.

Prize money as all UK tournaments will be based on entry numbers but remember you can get in the prize money twice at each event therefore we feel we offer excellent prize money.

The Undefeated Jackpot, will accrue £100 per event and will be paid out to the first player who remains undefeated throughout an event, if this isn’t achieved in any of the 6 events. The prize pot will be used in a break dish comp open to all players who have attended 5 or more events during the series. Wow the pressure can you break dish for £600?

Each table used during these events will have a set of Aramith match balls and a ultimate break master rack supplied. The main table will be recorded and will be available to view on www.t9b.co.uk a few days after the event.

A local hotel will be found by T9B which we hope will offer a discounted rate for players, however it is up to the players which hotel they want to stay at if a hotel is needed

After speaking with players at T9B events about this series there seems to be a lot of interest and hype, so don’t delay your entry as T9B events recently have been full in under 24hours!

You said above that the prize fund is minimum...

I know its unlikely but if you get all 64 players amateur level and they all pay up front 250, you have 16000 over 6 events... thats 2666 per event... What your saying above is paying out 3380.

The prize chart is a basic estimation, it all depends on entries and the level of entries and if they pay in advance

I wish you werent using the Deacon street one the tables are of woeful quality, Q-bar have had all of theirs reclothed and recushioned in the past 6 months so surely it would be better to host there with that being the case?

Ill support the local-ish ones in any case good luck with it
