Anyone with more info about this one? Except that it's in Cork and being held from the 10th to the 16th?

Try here but don't stay long as UK8Ball is not a very nice place to visit due to the disgraceful behaviour of the forum admin. http://www.uk8ball.com/viewforum.php?forum=22[ This message was edited by: Riggers on 2006-10-27 15:18 ]

Shir that's the great thing about 9 ball isn't it- standardised rules used throughout the world. Unfortunately the UK 8 ball community is split into different factions based on their favourite rule set!
Have fun there, Chris.

Yeah people are constantly arguing about the best overall players in UK 8 ball but then they say you can't compare the 2 codes etc etc.
Ireland's beautiful so I'm sure you'll love it.
Chris.

He banned me and deleted my thread not long ago too (when I was selling my Accu-Stats tapes I posted about them there). If you email him he'll probably unlock your account again. My account was unlocked by another of the mods who told me to email Profpool privately and he was sure I'd be allowed to post my vids for sale again. I emailed him and he told me that I couldn't post a for sale ad as they don't like them particularly as I wasn't a member of "his community"! Totally snooty and untrue considering I'd helped out several members there with videos they wanted etc via PMs. There are some nice people there but he's very prickly. Chris.

I've been trying to tell them all to play the big ball game for ages, ever since I saw Melling and Harrison play at WPC Qualifiers years ago!
