Hi. Myself and a friend will be entering our first medium sized tournament, at the upcoming Guildford open. obviously a bit nervous and dubious o our chances of winning a rack. Just thought i would ask everyone if its a good thing new players in tournaments or do you get a bit annoyed with rookies.
you guys all sound really friendly and im sure everyone is as nice in person. Hope to meet you there.

Hi Maverick, You'll be fine and the only advice I can give you is don't be afraid to ask if there is anything you are not sure of. I wasn't even sure of the rules the first time I played but all the guys on the tour are great and it's good to see new guys joining us You'll have a great time mate

Its not just the top players that benefit!! The more entries there are the better as more players have a chance of winning a few quid as the pay outs get better for semis,last 8 and last 16 etc?!
