Congratulations to Neil Jenkins on reaching the last 16 of the European Senior Straight Pool Championship. He beat fellow Brit Martin Chapman in the last 32 100-96! Good luck to Neil and the boys for the nine ball and eight ball later this week. [ This message was edited by: cusack_147 on 2006-09-03 17:55 ]

John Moran is a friend of Ted's and to my knowledge has not played in any BPPPA event.

It's just the way you worded the reply, could be read either way I guess!!
John Moran regularly attends bpppa events and has done so for the best part of a year now. He travels to events with pals from Wigan.
Good luck to all the team in Poland, hope they can re-live the heights of last year and bring some medals back!!!

Martin Chapman is into the semi finals of the 9 ball discipline of the Euro's. His semi-final starts in 5 minutes and is live on www.bwin.com
Neil Jenkins reached the quaters of the 9 ball and was beaten by Martin.

Just got a text off Martin, he lost in the Semis and picked up Bronze. Shame our boy didn't go all the way but thats another European medal to our tally. FANTASTIC. I will tell you what, our boys are really putting it about on the World circuit, what with all these Euro medals and IPT superstars.....is the UK the new hot bed of World Pool??????? Just imagine if a Brit wins the IPT? Hold that thought for a second
