Racked High or Low? Tapped/magic Rack? 3 point rule? Whats the conditions of the tables? Players bring own balls?

Where is the payout stage for the comp (at a guess last 16?)

Any Premier Inn's close by?

Monkey-Boy

Tables are not tapped. One ball on the spot. No 3 point rule. Players can bring their own balls.

I can't remember if there are any Premier Inns nearby but SAPPA are currently talking to the nearest hotel to the venue (which is on the doorstep of the club!) about the possibility of special rates. We will post details as and when we have them.

Best wishes

LK

We're hoping to get 64 players but our maximum would be around 96. As for the hotel, these will hopefully be announced in the next few days.

Thanks

You have the Victoria hotel next door to the venue, last time I stayed there, it was £70 for a single room inc breakfast. The Windsor hotel is on the same street, about 100 yards from the venue, but a lot cheaper...I have stayed there before, but not nearly as good as the Vic, but OK for a tight budget. There are also a few B&B's nearby, also the venue is within walking distance of the train station.

Great response to this event already, 20 entries in the first 2 days of advertising.
Good level of interest from England too, should be a good comp.

Get your names in if you want a space...

edinburgh9ball@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks.

For anyone who cannot make it to Kirkcaldy but that still wants to watch what's going on, you can visit scottish9ball.com/live to be able to watch a selection of matches from this year's event.

But then, what would you rather be doing? Watching the tournament or playing in it and having a shot at a piece of the £2,000 guaranteed prize fund? If you want a shot at the money then e-mail edinburgh9ball@hotmail.co.uk.

Best wishes

Shaping up to be a cracking tournament this weekend and would love to see some more English players attending and trying to take our prizemoney south of the border

There is a very nice hotel right in front of the venue for anyone wishing to travel up. And the other bonus is the venue is one of the best night clubs around later on the Saturday night!!!
