Just can't see it. The IPT (just like the EPT) does not show that sort of favouritism and the only people that qualify are those that get through their strict qualifying criteria or qualifying tournaments. IMO the nearest you might get to that is that an EPT event could double as an IPT qualifier.

Blimey ! Remember, rumours are well, just rumours and we have no affiliation with The IPT. Again, please just enjoy our tournaments because that is all we can guarantee for now but rest assured that if things go to plan, the early runners will be rewarded with a "head start" towards something very exciting ! It may take a number of months yet (if at all) to set this all up properly. Please just concentrate on what is on the table now. Its a pretty good deal in itself. Thanks!! What a prospect Mark cant wait for the event this coming weekend - Top quality field not only the UK's best players from 8 and 9ball but some of the best players from Europe as well, personally cant wait to see the draw on friday night The EPT is quality!!! Well done to Daryl and Mark and his team at UK Sports Management.

Virtually every UK 9ball player you could think of will be there, even some blasts from the past!!......Loads of reds n yellows players and a whole host of Europeans have got the EPT bug!! Add to this none other than Ronnie O'sullivan and some other snooker stars, and we have the perfect recipe for an amazing weekend of 8ball pool. And just think guys, this is only the second ever EPT event!!.....the future of the EPT looks extremely bright. -----------------

None of our special guests are unbeatable ! Can't think of any reason why anyone on this forum (except me of course) can't make the top 16 money and even win it !
