Normally 2 weeks before the main event in whatever Country is holding it, so should be The Philippines.

They should have a qualifier in Europe and every continent, the cheapest return flights to Philippines are £680!!

hi,if anyone of you guys are planning to go to the phillipines.try celestial travel agency .you might find a bargain.the cheapest flight will be from qatar airways followed by gulf air.approx.450 pound including tax.pm me if you need their phone number.i cannot go home this nov.it's ashamed i cannot watch it live back home.everything is cheap there so you dont need to worry about your hotels,food and booze. a pint will only cost you a round 40-50 pence!!! enjoy!!
