Instead of looking all over the internet trying to find any tournaments in your area, why not post them here?

I would like to inform everyone of a 9 ball double elimination event at Club 9, Belfast on Sat 25th March.

Entry fee is £20 in advance or £25 on the day, the club houses 4x GC 4's and 6 BCE Atlantics, and are in the process of being recovered with Simmonis 860 Powder Blue cloth.

There are resteraunts downstairs from the club and there is free tea and coffee available all day or bring your own bottle

There is a calcutta before each event and it's an ALL money in/out event and also ALL players are welcome, ladies included

I have played in these events and I can definitely say that they are worth playing in

As for tournaments in the North East (of Scotland), we run a weekly tournament at our local Rileys.
It is spread over 10 weeks and depending on amount of entrants, prize money is very healthy.
We charge £7.50 per entrant per week, with £2.50 returned in a bar voucher. £50 is paid on the night in token prize money, with the top 5 in the league, at the end of the 10 weeks splitting the balance.

I've made an article here for your event "TheWizard" and I've also added it to the new Pro9 Calendar too.

I've found a script to add weekly events (like Bruno's) to the calendar too, so hopefully the calendar will have a comprehensive listing of all the interesting events, big and small.

Bruno, I presume you mean the Aberdeen Rileys? What day of the week is that?
