Hmmm.. I actually checked your IP to make sure that you weren't in America or something! Can I ask what payment method you are attempting? I'll contact support.en@bwin.com and see if they are experiencing problems with payments. I'll give them a call on 00350 777 61 too as I have Skype and it REALLY cheap for me! OK, here's the skinny from the lovely young lady in Bwin's Gibraltar Support Department.
Apparently some people attempt to finance their account with Visa or Mastercard and try to do it too fast, or repeat the action too quickly, and it blocks it.
If you get it blocked twice within 24hours you will NEVER get it to work apparently.
It seems you can either:
A. Wait 24 hours before attempting to retry the same card/method or...
B. Attempt to finance the account with one of the OnLine "wallet" companies. (Apparently this would be the only way if you've blocked your card).

OK, I've just got off the phone with them again after being contacted by ANOTHER concerned Pro9'er who couldn't finance his account. They said... Pretty much the same as before to be honest. That their security setting ARE always set high, and unfortunately there is nothing of a personal nature going on, it's just the way it is. That the only thing I can say to help people is that they should attempt to finance their account with one of the alternative payment methods. Apparently bank transfer are always 100% successful, but that takes 5 days. ^^^ Probably OK as a last resort for the next Euro Tour but not much good for this one. I was surprised to hear that one Pro9'er even had their PayPal refused, but apparently that DOES happen too! They were very interested to hear that their Security Certificate had expired and were grateful for the feedback. I'm so sorry for the people having trouble sorting this out, it might be an idea to continue with your attempts so that you are guaranteed the chance to watch in the future. ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor
