i'm yet to make my ept debut but i have to say i think it's great that they take on board constructive criticism and are pushing the game in the right direction in terms of quality tournaments. i left 9ball because i was fed up with club tables but victoria rileys seemed to have made an effort (for the ipt pre-qualifier) and that has given me the hunger again. i hope the other rileys follow suit. i'm looking forward to my first ept event and can't wait for them to be 'out-of-club' venues

yeah wont be long before we will be playing at venues such as the Newport centre, Birmingham NEC and NIA then there the Wembley conference centre, the Albert hall there are loads of big conference centres where the EPT could benefit from its all down to cost but if Daryl and Mark can get a big chain like the Hilton hotel say then the EPT will just get bigger and better and will attract more than just players to the events.
But there are lots of things to think about though like transportation of the tables and with Riley's or using other pool halls you dont have to worry about that so there are advantages and disadvantages.
Maybe before the new season or at the end of this season we should have a AGM and get all feedback on helping Daryl and Mark with ideas and maybe suggestions to making the 2007 and the future a better tour cos as Daryl says its the players tour and we should strive forward to make it successful and set the standard.
