That pretty much hit the nail on the head for me, dont get me wrong I have nothing but respect for Daryl, Imran etc but in order for the sport to progress and make there names known to the public the sport needs the exposure gained through the use of your already household names. To give an example of this scenario, in trying to raise the profile of football in the USA in the late 70's the teams brought in the likes of Pele & George Best to generate fan & media intrest, yes this probably meant that a very talented American kid did not get to play but for the health & profile of then a minority sport it was a real boost, now football in america is and has been for some time the fastest growing participation sport in the country.

Just to fill you all in on the latest developments of the WORLD CUP OF POOL....
.....Jimmy White can not make the event due to double booking for something else.
Therefore The DAZZLER will be partnering Mr Davis in the ENGLAND B team.
