Me too. That was just too much considering it was a new house and I would have at least another 15K to spend getting it livable in, not to mention the cost of the table. So all in all I was looking at over £40K, which I decided was way too much. I'd love to do it one day though when I've got over the shock of buying an old delapadated house.

It's a good job I have a good relationship with my local Rileys :)

Can't wait to come over for a game Adam. Me & Si could come so you could kick Si's behind before I kick yours. I hope you have 2 spare beds though cos I've heard he's gay. :D
