Just to let everyone know the qualifier is restricted to 10 entries only and the first 10 entries received will get into the qualifier. Details are on the flyer or if you have any questions post them here or e-mail me at markhop147@yahoo.co.uk, to avoid disappointment get your entry in as soon as possible if you want to play in this qualifier.

Can anyone who has sent me a cheque/cash for entry into the qualifier on Jan 14th and not yet received confirmation from me that I have recieved it, please e-mail me at markhop147@yahoo.co.uk or pm me please. With the christmas/new year post, mail will be slower to arrive and I want to know how many entries are en route. Cheers, Mark

Now that we have the full list of runners, can we have more details of format, venue, hotels etc. Some people have to arrange travel and the earlier the better to get best prices for flights etc. Also have you got contingency plans for no shows? I speak as an organiser who has suffered from this problem before. You can absorb a loss of £50 if someone doesn't turn up but £500 or more would be a disaster. Are you going to ask players to pay their entry fee up front?

very important a deposit is paid up front when entry so big....
because theres no way the reserve list will show up on off chance of someone not turning up!
