This is how things are going to work unless anyone has any objections.

In order for things to progress as swiftly as possible as i know some of you will have long journeys i plan on having the k/o form ready as the group results come in.

for example: group 1 winner will play group 8 R/U at the top of the draw, and vice versa at the bottom. The same will apply for groups 2 and 7, groups 3 and 6, and finally groups 4 and 5.

As the draw for the groups hasen't been made yet i don't see any problems. However i am new to running tournaments of this size so if for any reason this is inappropriate and i should do a random draw after all the groups are in please let me know.

Sounds Ok because the system is published before the draw. The only possible downside I can think of is that players will be able to see the potential match ups so that system might make for some match fixing in the group stages whereas you wouldn't get that if it was drawn after the groups. That's not to say I'd expect that stuff to happen in a tournament of this size though so I'm happy enough.

Please remember i am hoping to get the draw done at least a week before the tournament and get it on here. In order to do so i really do need the money in. If you haven't contacted me about payment please do so.

If your name is on the list and you no longer wish to enter can you please let me know.

Thanks all Kev.

On the 8th November i will offer places to those on the reserve list if i haven't received all the payments. It will then come down to the rest paying by the 11th on a first pay first in basis. I have to have at least a week for the money to clear from paypal. Please be aware i will accept no cheque's if i receive them after the 8th. If for any reason you no longer wish to enter please let me know asap.

Thanks all Kev.
