Who do you think will win it this year? John Higgins was obviously a non-starter - the second I tipped him!!!

Will it be Trump, Robertson, or one of the new faces, or will Ronnie's long game come back when he needs it later?

It's just for fun, but predictions only count until the end of the first round ok?

Id its out of Robertson or Selby, i no there boring favourite picks but they are both in great form and know how to win events.

If you want the full bragging rights and total smug feeling as a reward - and that's the only prize there is, you're going to have to at least nail it down to a single choice Phil!

:D

Wow thats tricky just looked at the draw Ronnie and Judd are in the top half and i expect that to be a semi final match. Neil Robertson also looks well placed with alot of shock results around him. However im going to go with Selby as he never gives up, he fights for his life when behind and regulary turns a losing position into a winning one, so for me Mark Selby wins this event

I predict Dechawat Poomjaeng to be this years world champion......

Stuck my neck out with this one :-)

Failing that it's Selby for me

I'm watching Ronnie vs Judd on the "Red Button" and Michaela had to have a quiet word with Ronnie about a "gesture" he made with his cue, and Ronnie lost his focus a bit for a while afterwards... Can anyone tell me what the gesture was please? Dying to know!
