Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and relatively new to pool. I play American 8 ball usually but have recently tried 9 ball too.
I am looking for an American pool league in London for amateurs as I would like to play in a competitive environment even though I am not very good at this stage.
I have looked online for a league but the ones I found are either for teams or for English pool which I don't like and prefer the big American table (and pockets :) ).
Does anybody know a league I can look for or offer some information around this ?

You don't need to be a pro to play on the GB 9 Ball Tour either... http://www.gb9balltour.com/If you want to play American Pool in the UK, you have to travel a bit further, and try a bit harder, but it's "oh so rewarding"... Does the Hurricane Room at Kings Cross have a weekly league or anything?

I don't think they do these days.
Typically there were regular comps at Mile End & Riley's Victoria, but no idea if they still run!

I currently go to play at Hurricane Room in London (King X and Acton). Looks like there is one happening in 2019 at one of these so I will try my hand there. Thank you
