World_9_Ball_Championships_2012

I'm sure you'll all want to join me in wishing good luck to all the Europeans flying to Qatar for the World 9 Ball Championships.

They are playing 1 ball on the spot so wing ball guaranteed every time, which makes a bit of a mockery of the thing IMO and throws it wide open. If they get the format and rules right I'd say there are less than 20 to pick the winner from but with this format you could be picking from 50.

From the UK players I know first hand Daz is playing very well and I'd love to see him add this title to his many accomplishments. I think Daryl should be strong in this format too.

Be nice to see Mark take a big title but would need to sort his break out - just think about what Daz did to you with the break in Wealdstone 2008 pal and do the same ;)

Aside from the UK players my wildcard bet from the Europeans would be NVB.

Youve got "not favourites" mixed up with "busy working which pays the mortgage and puts food on the table ;-)"

Easy mistake to make I know when your not in this situation yet :-)

Is there any live scoring anywhere? There's nothing on wpa and the website above no longer exists.
