Hi people

Anyone know where/how much rail rubber for a regular sam-k steel table (9 foot) would cost?

There are a few decent tables at my local rileys apart from the face that the rail rubber is not all that great, and has gone hard as a brick.

If anyone has any info on this, i would appreciate it as it might be worth the manager of the club knowing this information.

Thanks again

His table reclothers will replace the rubber at the same time as the recloth if he asks them to.

i know, but i dont think that they have been given the funds for it. There is 9 tables in the club, and i could probably name a problem that would affect play on all of them, how can they say that they dont have the funds

CushionRubberSample

I've actually contacted two experienced table fitters about this rail rubber sample we were given, trying to find out what quality it was.

One fitter works on the Euro Tour, and the other has fitted tables for the World Pool Championships when it was at Cardiff.

The Pro Shop would like to stock two cushion rubber options.

1. The Best.

2. A high quality cushion that it still very good but more affordable, so that buyers have an option.

Neither expert was able to give a satisfactory answer to my enquiries.

The only information I've been able to acquire about this cushion rubber is that it is:

Standard cushion rubber, "V" profile only, topped with a canvas control strip.

The canvas control strip helps to reduce the variance in the overall dimensional stability of each billiard cushion from one end to the other.

7 foot size is 36" long, 8 foot size is 43" and 9 foot size is 49".

It's a real black art... PLEASE someone help me!
