IBPF – Kozoom cooperation comes to an end

As you maybe aware by now from the Kozoom press release dated February 22, the cooperation between IBP foundation and Kozoom came to an end last Thursday. When cooperation comes to an end it is always sad but these things happen on a daily basis in the business world.

The IBPF and our other business partners have their own aims to achieve and sometimes these aims are not what everyone believes in. When this is the case, then one or both parties have to decide if they want to continue or not. Each party has to carefully consider their options and take their own responsibility to their decision and not blame one another for that decision.

Click on "Read More..." for the details.

Kozoom decided to end the agreement by “Their decision” to leave after starting the Euro Tour “Dynamic French Open 2008” presented by Leader Club Billiard. This is a fact and we have no other choice than to accept this, even after being assured on the Tuesday that 2008 would continue the same as 2007 was conducted.

There is no doubt that we had a good relationship and there is also no discussion about the fact that the quality of TV program and DVD’s that are produced by Kozoom are good, but there are other sides in the “relationship” that were not as professional as it looks from the outside but we feel that this is not the forum to go into detail.

IBP foundation, as the exclusive partner of the EPBF own the rights to organize, run and develop the Euro Tour events and we have proved that the formula works.

In the past years the Euro Tour has developed into, possibly the strongest tour in world. This success is an achievement of all parties involved and we are thankful for that but it does not take away the fact that it is still the IBPF/EPBF who own the rights of the event and unless otherwise sold or given, belong to IBPF/EPBF.

The IBPF want to thank all parties involved for their work and efforts during this period.
