The next event will be the Scottish 9 Ball Championship on 20th/21st October 2007 at Styx, Kirkcaldy with £2,500 prize money on offer. Entry fee for this event will be £25 members and £40 non-members. The format is double elimination down to the last 16 and then straight KO. Last year's event attracted 96 players and another big turnout is expected this year.

Pat Holtz takes the provisional number one spot after overtaking Michael Valentine at the top of the rankings, whilst lower down the chart Billy Edmunds makes an appearance mid table, and Pete King just manages to squeak into the top 16 chart at number 15.
