Ireland’s American 8 & 9 Ball Pool Tour are proud to announce that they will be organising the very first Seniors 9-ball pool tournament when the 2006 All Ireland Senior 9-Ball Pool Championships will take place on Saturday 5th August 2006 in T J’s American Pool Club Newry.
This new and prestigious event is kindly sponsored by Paul Tierney of Avalon Print and Design Ltd and we hope to have a good turn out of senior players from throughout Ireland as well as players from the world of snooker and English 8-ball and maybe players from overseas will make the trip as well which hopefully will be a good and enjoyable tournament.

This is the first of many senior events which is going to be added to the tournament diary in due course which will give all senior players the opportunity to represent there Country in European and World Events which includes the prestigious European Seniors Pool Championships taking place in Poland in September 2006.
