In life a lot of people are all to quick to moan - about absolutely anything!, so its nice when an opportunity comes along to heap praise on something.

I've just ordered a new pred shaft from the Proshop and its arrived within 24hrs of ordering, which i think is great.

Not bad when you consider it's FREE DELIVERY to ANYWHERE IN EUROPE too!

We're serious about constantly improving the product range and customer service levels provided all the time - we're in this for the long-run, and although we can't guarantee delivery that quick all the time, we're doing our best to efficiently streamline The Pro Shop's offering all the time.

To this effect, the majority of the money earned by The Pro Shop is re-invested straight-away in more product lines and higher stocking levels to facilitate an improved customer experience.

To be perfectly honest, we've had a couple of slip-ups - like all new businesses must do, but we've sorted them out to everyone's satisfaction and then we made sure we diligently learned from those mistakes to ensure it never happens again, and fortunately they've been very few, and far between.

There IS one person on the team who doesn't get a mention anywhere (and I'm really not good at this gushy stuff) but she really is a miracle worker, I am of course talking about the beautiful Ann - who was literally (I kid you not) battling through snow blizzards this winter to make sure that The Pro Shop orders were delivered on time, and we'd just like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work over the 15 months or so that we've been working together, Ann has been the backbone of the whole operation and we simply wouldn't be able to do it without you Ann - sincere thanks!

I'd also like to say thanks to the pro shop. My last two orders have arrived very quickly as well.

Even Santa Claus uses the Pro shop....

I asked him for a Pred air & when I opened my xmas present, there it was....there was a pro 9 sticker on the tube...

It's true... Mr S. Claus did make a big order "for some friends" towards the end of the year - we're hoping he'll become a regular customer!



We've been test-selling a couple of products on eBay and the feedback has been favourable too so we may expand that enterprise although we'd much prefer regular customers to buy here, because there are less fees involved, and we'll make sure that it's slightly better value here to encourage that too!

id like to thank them as well i brought some chalk and delivery took 2 weeks as the item was out of stock but was kept informed the whole time then i ordered a q caddie but the colour i wanted was also out of stock but was kept informed the whole time till delivery ive also ordered from the ebay shop and that was great as well arrived 3 days after payment so thank you from me to

I would also like to say thanks to you guys at The Pro Shop, I gotta a Tower "T200" case from you guys earlier in the year and it's awesome, especially since it's lockable, so that no-one can attempt to use my cues (Or worse) without asking me first.

I've just recieved the White Diamond break tips and am seriously looking forward to performing some open stack surgery with them

i ordered a box of master chalk from pro 9 a couple of months ago.it turned out they hadnt got it in stock.......but very shortly after that i received TWO boxes through the post from them !!!
