Great, personal service
I ordered a Predator cue and some chalk from Pro9. I received great, personalised communication from the shop and phenomenal service from the owner in correcting a small issue that happened. The problem I had was resolved by the next day and in a very friendly way. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Pro9 again in future.

wow dave, that was quick!
got an email late last night to say my cue had shipped, and just received it this morning.
much quicker than i thought seeing as it was coming from the US, and very nice quality for a shorty cue.

Hi Dave,
Just thought I'd give you feedback as customers usually only get in touch when there's a problem.
The Mezz EC9 cue is an absolute dream to play with. I'm very surprised how quickly I got comfortable with it moving from a John Parris snooker cue.

hi there Dave. lovely to hear from you. it was such a pleasure to do business with you and i am loving the cue. i feel a bit of a fraud having it and am lying to everyone about how much it cost. i don’t regret it for a second though. i love it but i’m still shit. just a little less shit.
