There is a carpark opposite the Adelphi hotel next to Smokie Mo's Pub on Mount Pleasant which is cheaper.

This is all money up front, we need 11 entrants to cover costs of sending winner, we can send both finalists if we get 18 and they are willing to attend and share hotel at same GB9 event.
The format is to be Double Elimination no matter how many enter.
Alternate breaks

* Golden Breaks count
* no 3 point rule (due to differences in table quality)
All matches race to 7, final race to 9
