This is all money up front, we need 11 entrants to cover costs of sending winner, we can send both finalists if we get 17 and they are willing to attend and share hotel at same GB9 event.
The more we get the more chance we have of having more paid entries.
The format is to be Double Elimination no matter how many enter.
