No Feb event due to organiser playing in other tournaments inc GB9

In between Lime St Station and the Adelphi Hotel

Car park next to venue is £10 all day, shuts at 7 on a Saturday, 4 on a Sunday.
There is a carpark opposite the Adelphi hotel next to Smokie Mo's Pub on Mount Pleasent which is cheaper.

Entry fee £10. (£5 for under 18's)

Prizes (pro rata depending on entries)

1st. £140 based on 32 entries paying £10.
2nd. £70 based on 32 entries paying £10.
Semi. £35 based on 32 entries paying £10.
QF. £10 based on 32 entries paying £10.

Plate event if enough time and interest £5 entry

The format is to be Double Elimination no matter how many enter. Plate is knockout

Alternate breaks

* 9 on the spot
* 2 at the back, 7/8 behind 1
* Golden Breaks count
* No 3 point rule.

All matches race to 7 (if over 16, losers side race to 6) (plate race to 5)

Registration 11:45, draw 12 noon, Prompt start 12:15

Steady on Phil I'm having visions here of shaping my advance train tickets into wee paper aeroplanes.

I doubt 24 will show up, but due to the number of possible entries, the draw will be at 12 on the dot and play will start at 12:15, if you are not there you at 12, tough, you're out also if more than 16 show up we will do losers side race to 6, hopefully we can use at least 10 tables.

Does that mean I actually have to be on time Tony??? Haha looking forward, sounds like there will be a good turnout. See y'all then, this time I won't flop in the Semis yet again so be warned! Mind you, it is the day after payday = alcohol, will have to practice some self discipline!!!

As we have a massive field of 30+, if you are not in the club at 12 noon when the draw is done, you will not be in the comp, if you have match balls please bring them. It will be a long but good days pool.
