Has anyone noticed the finalists of the 10 Ball Challenge this year?

Good luck mate!

Woohoo... Congratulations to Daryl Peach for beating Earl Strickland in the final of the Ten Ball Challenge - now you just need to win the 9 Ball event for the double!

Daryl was in Sweden this weekend, on Saturday he played two tournaments simultaneously, both 9-ball and 10-ball.

He played nonstop for 12h straight on a very high level, beating players like Mika Immonen and in the 10-ball final Earl Strickland. I must say that this was the most impressive performance I’ve ever seen on a pool table, if one takes into account how long he played with no break at all!

You Brits should be proud having such a player representing you on the EC in April, I wish good luck to Daryl and I hope the medals will rain down over him and the other British players!

Brett Armer was also in the 9-ball event, finished in 17th place which was a solid performance considering it was 181 participants.

We hope to see more British players next year!

Greetings from Sweden!

Thanks very much Swede for your kind words. It really means a lot when someone shows their appreciation.....don't seem to be too much of that around these days lol.
It was a great weekend in Gävle, Sweden, awesome tournaments, great people, great crowds, a superb venue, and a good standard of play all round.
I was proud to defend my 10ball title from last year, I did play very well....probably cos I knew I had to because of the calibre of opponent!...still, it's always nice to produce the goods.

I will defo be going there again next year to try and defend my 10ball crown again, and hopefully do better in the 9ball lol.
Any Brits looking to go to a European event wouldn't go far wrong by choosing this one!
