1 break/finish in the final from 20 frames...

LOL!

I haven't played it competitive in four years and I still had three from 13 last night with a 9B cue!

:)

Send me a PM and explain that last comment!

:)

I deal in facts and was just surprised by that final stat as I had heard that world class play was supposed to be 25 - 50% break/run in E8B.

dont need a PM mate, world final is different levels of pressure from practise or a league match, or evn early rounds of a world comp

This is true and I respect that! I still think that there should have been more break/finish in a final match regardless of this. Most of these top players are no stranger to pressure, playing big money games. Also, I watched a SF match from the WEPF Worlds last night and that was shocking TV too. Surely these recorded matches should be done away with and the TV slot should be filled with the best shots of the competition and the best finishes. I know that it wouldn't be for the purists but even my dad who doesn't really play pool was laughing at that SF saying that he could do better!

:)
