Hi all, just wondered if anyone knew of 9ball comps during the week in mentioned areas? I'm in Streatham at the moment.

I just called Rileys, Shepherds Bush, as i heard they that tues night comps, but they haven't taken off. That should change in around May time, when they move location (only upstairs), but everything including tables etc will be brand new!

Until then though, any details of current local comps appreciated.

Chris

Working in Hammersmith, so it would be good to get the Shepherds Bush comps in the week up and running.

Rileys Victoria used to have some comps but I think they were more like leagues. Don't think they happen any more.

I'm up for comps in the week too. I'm sure that if we find a few more players Pali will be happy to do comps at Demons Hounslow ? We used to do tournaments on wednesdays with pretty good turnout

Lets have a list then how many players could reg attend say at least 2 weeks a month?

1 Phil Wildman
2 Chris Parker
3 Alex Kontaroudis
4
5
6
7
8

I personally think the more comps we can get running the better players we will all become, get your names down because this will happen if enough support. Hopefully at Demons if not somewhere in London

Agree with Phil, more match practice would be good. For now we are just limited to the T9B events ... which are fantastic but only once or twice a month.

If we don't get enough players we can always try to do action nights (like they do in wakefield) and play for some cash.

Shepherd's Bush really isn't good practice.. the club is a dump, possibly the worst tables i've ever played on in london. only two tables there can possibly be used for competitive play.

with regards to rileys victoria, good luck with that.. pete doesn't even allow you to you your own chalk!
