How many places were up for grabs in total then?
12 qualified, 4 events = 48 from the qualifiers. plus 4 students, apparently, that's 52. Any more
Quite a lot must've dropped out!

This season GB9 broke its record in terms of the number of existing members renewing. Not all qualifiers will offer the same number of spots.
