Not many Pro9'ers in this one, but the three or four out there are big names...
Ralf Souquet, Raj Hundal and Darren Appleton - the latter is 7-0 up in his match at the moment.
Good luck chaps!

It just sounds cool, can you imagine Michael Buffer saying it. He rocked rock the house down with his accouncments.
I think the GB9 should hire Michael Buffer to announce each player per match.

Archer turned up alright, but wasn't at the table much. Earl was dancing around the table after each rack!

Raj and Ralf are through to the Last 32 of the winner's side of this tournament, along with a LOT of other top names. One person NOT still in the winner's side is Darren Appleton who got sent left by Dennis Hatch after TWO or THREE nine ball breaks in this rack your own tournament! Apparently the triangles are really bad and simply won't rack tight and the nines are zipping all over the table. Everyone knows I'm a "glass half full" character, and I spotted Darren now plays Jennifer Barretta, so there's something to look forward to for Darren at least. Chin up mate. GOOOOOOOOO RAJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Raj Hundal is now in the Final 4 of the winner's side of this tournament, and has fairly easily cruised through his draw after a tough opening match with Canada's John Morra ( 9-7 ) he then beat Mike Dunn ( 9-2 ) and has only conceded 9 racks in his last 4 matches. "Hitman beats talented young Dustin Morris 9-1 and moves into the Final 4 of the winners side of The Turning Stone Classic. Back in action at 11am tomorrow morning"GOOOOOOOOO RALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ralf Souquet is also now in the Winner's Side Semi-Final/Final 4, and will meet Raj Hundal next. Ralf was responsible for sending Earl Strickland ( 9-6 ) to the loss-loss-side, and Stevie Moore ( 9-4 ) too! GOOOOOOOOO DARREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!Darren Appleton is also one of the last 8 remaining player's, but doing it the hard way from the one loss side, having to eliminate Stevie Moore ( 9-4 ) and Shawn Putnam ( 9-8 ) to stay in with a chance. "Wow what a match against Shaun Putnam up 6-2 make one mistake and down 8-7 lol.. 8-8 I come with a big pot on the 3 ball cueball glued to rail 3 ball near pink spot nailed it and run out was do or die! play last 8 tmrw 11am been a long day 12 hour shift .."Earl Strickland, Mike Davis, Oscar Dominguez, Shawn Putnam, Johhny Archer, and 120 others have all been eliminated. Here are the 8 remaining players/matches: WINNERS SIDE SEMI-FINALS Mike Dechaine v Rodney Morris Raj Hundal v Ralf Souquet ONE LOSS SIDE SEMI-FINALS Brandon Shuff v Darren Appleton Dennis Hatch v Shane Van Boening ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-12-18 08:03 ]

WOW... Great scalp for Raj, as he advances in the winners's side with a 9-6 victory over Ralf Souquet, and the best news is that Ralf isn't actually eliminated, as he swill simply be sent to the one loss side. The bad news is that I think Ralf will play Darren next and one WILL be eliminated! Raj will actually play good friend Rodney Morris for the hot seat. So with the field whittled down to six players, here's the upcoming matches... WINNERS SIDE HOT SEAT MATCH Rodney Morris v Raj Hundal ONE LOSS SIDE SEMI-FINALS (2) Darren Appleton v Ralf Souquet Shane Van Boening v Mike Dechaine [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-12-18 17:37 ]

So, Rodney Morris accepts third place and $3.600 after losing to Shane Van Boening.
So it's Shane who will battle Raj Hundal in the final for the title and the winner's prize purse!
