Cheers to everyone that turned up. Disappointed that we didn't get more players but hey ho.

Chris Hall an Mark Lunn split the final.

Do one Delboy got lucky.....n nelly played like a shut up bed in losers semi. Not too hard to finish 3rd out of 11 or 12 runners lol. Even so, enjoyed it, absolutely gutted for the lad Matt who travelled all the way from Wolverhampton to play....great commitment that

Hi Dan. Don't be gutted for me mate I enjoyed myself (even when I was sat in my chair been whitewashed by Chris). Traffic both ways was clear so my only hold-up was the McDonalds stop in Lichfield on the way back. Well done on 3rd buddy

Didnt realise you'd come that far until you mentioned when you were leaving yesterday Matt.

Need more pool players like yourself to actually travel and play in tournaments.

Hopefully next time there will be a few more runners :-)

Cheers Mark, will certainly try and attend a couple of your comps in 2013. I don't practice enough to entertain the thought of prize money but it's all part of the education.

Good to hear Matt. I agree mate, if I could drive I'd be down south all the time in Phil Wildmans comps, great comps he runs. Just for the love of the game and to learn, as you say.

Not sure Andy, handicap system worked pretty well I thought, with Danny beating Nelly, and giving me a close game. Like you say just that time of year, couple of people couldnt make it on the day, was expecting around 16. Hopefully next one in the new year is better...

You can't keep a man from his food :-)

And it doesn't matter if wife and kids or whole family including third cousins twice removed are there. If you decide to bring them that's your choice!!!!!
