Andy is this ok for the dress code tomorrow as I need to be in my proper kit to be taking down buffalos all day!!
Phil that rifle probably wont be suitable it looks like a 7.62mm rifle. For buffalo you would be better with a larger calibre something around the 0.40-0.70 range Maybe a Marlin 1895MXLR in .450? Oh and just to fit in with the pool theme it has a laminated stock....... i wonder if its to reduce deflection [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-03-26 11:08 ]

Yeah I agree PC, but what do you think about the Stokanov N95? Great for very long range shots with super accuracy......very slow to chalk though so no good for tony drago and co! -----------------

Maybe Riggers might be better off with the Makerovs.....one in each hand just in case of any kick back.......your advice PC please? -----------------

Hard to say but i think as its a 3 man team event if he could maybe get hold of a 3 shot repeating MP5 then he could pull the trigger once and take the whole team out? With the Makerovs are they using a 9mm rimfire? I think they could be hard to hold on target unless from a fairly close range. Maybe a Glock 17 is better as it is tried and tested and simple to use with a 17 shot magazine and the polymer handle making it lightweight if the race gets too long it would save having a break. For larger targets though an upgrade to the Glock 21 with a .45 calibre for more stopping power could be considered however this does mean a reduction in magazine capacity. Maybe Earl could lend his ear defenders for this? ----------------- [ This message was edited by: PC on 2011-03-25 20:38 ]

Hahahahahahaha class PC! May I just add my 2 penneths worth here sir? .......wouldn't the M-16 be a better choice for a 3 round burst shot? Great accuracy and to be honest, the races are short so weight doesn't really come into it. Maybe an SP12 for major damage on the break, although balls are tapped I think. Also, it might be a good idea to have a couple of stun grenades handy just in case the opposition is getting the upper hand???? -----------------

lol i hear what you are saying but you know what will happen Dixon will be turning up with his KFC meal deals and chucking the wings at Riggers so no weapons will be needed Maybe he could use a chicken gun? Or just bring some backup? [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-03-26 11:08 ]

He can throw chicken wings or whatever he likes at me. I'll just throw a few 6 packs back at him and see what he makes of that. Few things clicking into place for the riggers last few nights makes me absolutely in no doubt that meal deal can't win in a long race. I'll up the bet if he wants. All my own money too. Wish We were playing next week to be honest. Meantime Dazzler's manipulation of the rules in this event is gonna come back and haunt him. He's always got a card to play but this time he's just made himself look like the joker and it's gonna backfire Bed and rest for me now.
